1. Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America. Entrants under 18 years of age as of their date of entry in this promotion must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.

2. Promotion Period: All entries entered by October 24th at 12:00pm MST 2022 will take part in the draw.

3. How to Enter: Entrants who fill out this form will entire the draw. Only one entrance allowed.

4. Use of Information: By entering the form you give us permission to publish your name in other places (i.e. on our facebook page and/or our blog and/or our website). You agree to share your information for promotional use with J Skis and any of our 3rd party sponsors and agree to be contacted for additional promotions.

5. Contest Schedule: The dates of the contest are October 21st 2022 to October 24th 2022.

6. Winner Selection: The potential winner will be selected by October 24th 2022 (as noted in the contest application) from among all the eligible entries received. Winners will be selected randomly from the eligible entries received using random.org. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email. We will try to email the winner but we cannot guarantee the winner will receive the email. If a winner does not email us back (reply to our email) within 72 hours, another winner will be chosen. Another winner will be chosen (with 24 hours to respond) until a winner responds and accepts their prize.

7. Prizes: Winners will receive the gifts as stated in the contest application during the contest period. Upon being selected as a winner, the winner will be notified by email and and be asked for their mailing address.

8. Winners’ List: The winners' names might be posted on on our website and/or social media platforms.
