September 15th 2023 (beg. 8am MST) to October 6th 2023 (end 11:59pm MST) will take part in the draw.
3. How to Enter: Entrants who fill out the "Film Tour 2023 Sweepstakes Entry Form" will entire the draw. Only one entrance allowed.
4. Use of Information: By entering the form you give us permission to publish your name in other places (i.e. on our facebook page and/or our blog and/or our website). You agree to share your information for promotional use with our Tour Partners and agree to be contacted for additional promotions.
Tour partners include but are not limited to 686, Rossignol, Stio, Autumn Headwear, J Skis, and SCOTT.

5. Contest Schedule: The dates of the contest are September 15th 2023 (beg. 8am MST) to October 6th 2023 (end 11:59pm MST)
6. Winner Selection: The potential winners will be selected by October 13th 2023 (as noted in the contest application) from among all the eligible entries received. Winners will be selected randomly from the eligible entries received using
random.org. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email. We will try to email the winners but we cannot guarantee the winners will receive the email. If a winner does not email us back (reply to our email) within 72 hours, another winner will be chosen. Another winner will be chosen (with 24 hours to respond) until a winner responds and accepts their prize. We will also attempt to contact via Instagram DM but can not guarantee this as an official method of contact.
7. Prizes: Winners will receive the gifts as stated in the Google Form during the sweepstakes period. Upon being selected as a winner, the winner will be notified by email and and will be asked for their mailing address. We are responsible for deciding which of the two prizes goes to each winner.
