The second annual Snowvana Amateur Film Competition seeks to discover the best unknown snowsports athletes (skiers and/or snowboarders) in the world. Three winners will be crowned including: Best Overall Athlete(s) Film, Best Runner-Up Athlete(s) Film, and Best Trick. The winners will receive recognition from one of the industry's top film companies, Level 1, cash prizes, airfare and lodging to attend Snowvana’s Mt. Hood Film Festival, and exposure from Snowvana, Level 1, and media partner, Unofficial Networks.
Prizes:
Best Overall Athlete(s) Film: $3,000 Cash + Flight(s) and lodging for one representative to Portland, OR.
Representative must be at least 18 years of age
(Note: Entrant must fly from an airport that offers Alaska Airlines within the continental United States + Alaska)
Best Runner-Up Athlete(s) Film: $1,500 Cash
Best Trick Award: $500 Cash
An award will be presented to the Best Overall Athlete(s) Film representative at Snowvana, and all winners’ films will be showcased at the event.
