16 finalists and over 40 pros gathered at the legendary Mammoth Unbound for the session of a lifetime. Everybody threw down all week- we have so much content we can't wait to share with you all! Special thanks to Oskar Blues Dale's Pale Ale, Ikon Pass, Mammoth Unbound, Mammoth Mountain, and Newschoolers for making it all possible!
In the end, it was Mikkel Brusletto Kaupang and Caoimhe Heavey who took home the SuperUnknown title, $2,500 cash, and a 23/24 Ikon Pass! These two skied their hearts out- unleashing a huge bag of tricks, unmatched style, and persistent energy on-hill. There's a bright future ahead of these two- and we can't wait to see what comes of it!
For our pros, Kuura Koivisto and Parker White respectively took home the awards of "Pro Skier of the Week" and "Over 30 Category" aka the "Retirement Home Award" for going huge and lacing tricks all week alongside the Finalists. No, a walker was not included for Parker's tremendous accomplishment.
