Terms and Conditions
If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, please review these Official Rules with your parent or legal guardian.
1. How to Enter
- Individuals who place an order on the Level 1 website over $50 during the promotion period automatically receive one (1) entry.
- Every order over $50 is eligible for one (1) entry, and multiple orders will be provided multiple entries.

Entrants can receive a "Bonus Entry" by signing up for text messages via the Level 1 website pop-up during the promotion period.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States. Entrants under the age of 18 at the time of entry must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM MST on November 25, 2024, through 11:59 PM MST on December 2, 2024.
4. Prize Details
- One (1) winner will receive a season pass for the 2025/2026 ski season, with a maximum value of $869 (equivalent to the base price of an IKON Base Pass).
- The winner may select a pass for a single resort or a multi-resort pass (e.g., IKON, Epic, Indy) and will be reimbursed for the cost of their pass after purchase, up to $869.00
- The prize alone has no cash value, and may only be collected as reimbursement with proper proof of purchase.
5. Winner Selection
- Winners will be chosen randomly using random.org from all eligible entries by December 10, 2024.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Winners will be notified via email, text, or both. Attempts will also be made to contact winners via Instagram Direct Message (DM), though this is not guaranteed as an official notification method.
6. Winner Response
- Winners must respond to the notification email or text within 72 hours to claim their prize.
- If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected. Subsequent winners will have 24 hours to respond. This process will continue until a winner accepts the prize.
7. Use of Information
By entering, you grant Level 1 Productions permission to:
- Publish your name on platforms such as the Level 1 website, blog, and social media pages.
- Use your contact information for promotional purposes and to notify you of additional promotions.
8. Winners’ List
The name of the winner and images/screenshots of communications with the winner may be posted on the Level 1 website and/or social media platforms.
